Cloud OMC is not loading properly

Upon logging into CloudCore, the OMC section is not properly loading, however the CloudCore and BOSS section are able to load without issue. After investigation, the issue was due to the Azure host servers rebooting (unplanned) and the OMC startup scripts failed to properly start the backend databases.

To prevent this issue from occurring again due to unexcepted reboots from the host server, we have fixed the startup scripts and are working towards adding more load balancing servers across multiple datacenters.
