During the scheduled CloudCore maintenance to migrate remaining OMC VMs to Azure managed disks, an unexpected TR-069 service issue occurred after the environment switch. This resulted in some eNBs and CPEs losing management connectivity.
Because TR-069 connectivity supports SAS operations, CBRS devices with SAS enabled experienced service disruption (RF mute) while TR-069 communication was unavailable. Once the issue was corrected, devices gradually reconnected to CloudCore.
A required cache initialization step was not executed during the startup of the upgraded OMC environment. This caused a portion of devices to be temporarily mapped into a default profile, interrupting normal TR-069 and SAS workflows.
If any devices remain offline in CloudCore, please reboot or power-cycle the device to force a new TR-069 session.
