CloudCore experienced a service interruption causing mass Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) disconnects and intermittent service flapping.

Current Status
Our engineering team successfully mitigated the issue through targeted service restarts, and system metrics confirm all CPEs have reconnected. We are actively monitoring the system to ensure stability while we analyze logs to determine the root cause.
